Our Staff

Each of our staff/Carer/Support Workers undergoes a rigorous and continuous training that guarantees that we deliver the highest quality services to all our clients. All staff must have all the Mandatory Training and a good level of experience. We encourage all our staff to have or enrol and complete relevant NVQ qualification in Care.

Training

At FDR Social Care, all staff training must be appropriate and satisfactory to reflect their roles and responsibility in meeting the needs of our clients and also meet the expectation of our regulators.  All our staff are highly skilled within their selected roles and responsibilities and as a business we have invested exceedingly in recruiting experienced and qualified professional staff.

We hold strongly that all our staff should always work within the scope of their training which should match the job expectations We offer Continuous Professional Development opportunities to our staff and also regular refresher courses especially when there are new guidelines, codes of practice and new or updated legislations.
