Supported Living and Residential Care

At FDR Social Care we are passionate in supporting people with learning difficulties, autistic spectrum disorder, epilepsy, Younger Adults, Sensory impairments, mental health and associated complex needs. We promote independence and offer a service which enables people to have informed choices and control over their own lives wherever possible and believe in the ethos of person-centred care approach across our services.

We are aware that the environment in which a person with autism lives can actually have a major impact on their day-to-day well-being. We are aware of the sensory difficulties faced by people with autism in their daily lives.

We believe every individual is unique, so with our highly trained, caring and compassionate team, we ensure people are at the heart of all that we do by empowering them to take control of their own lives and feel part of the community in which they live.

At FDR Social Care, we encourage the people we support to make choices, have independence and empower them to make their own decisions and ensure that the needs of each individual always come first.

Our key objective is to make a positive impact on the lives of all those people that we support and we continuously encourage every individual to set their own goals and aspirations. At FDR Social Care, we love a challenge and our highly skilled and motivated teams are constantly looking for creative and innovative ways to help individuals achieve their own specific dreams. We keenly listen to each individual, their family members as well as all healthcare professionals around them with a key aim of making sure that we tailor the care and support plans to ensure it reflects the persons individuality and uniqueness always.

To make sure that we improve and enhance their lives we get involved and work in partnership with the local community and local groups as this really enhances the quality of life of the people we help support, so they can feel as much a part of the community as everyone else at all times.

We offer supported living services and provide innovative and person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities through a tailored support programme. Our key principle is to always give every single person we support the essentials and skills  they need to live independently as possible.
